Island had houses with workers, and now it hosts Railway Museum. When a new and modern bridge was built, the old one became a great place for anglers and recreation.

Nightlife in Marathon FL

Marathon is a relatively peaceful town, and not precisely like South Beach, but you can find fun places for a night out. Brass Monkey is probably the best option. The bar has affordable drinks, friendly crowds, and live music. Brass Monkey closes at 4 AM, so you can grab a couple of hours of sleep before heading on the beach.

Island Fish Company is a restaurant and bar with a great selection of seafood and location by the water. You can sip cocktails, but the fun ends around 10 PM. Hurricane is among the best-rated bars in the area. Live music, strong shots, and a great atmosphere is a perfect invitation for nightlife seekers.
